How We’re Set Up

  • Mostly in-house: We manufacture the majority of FF&E through our integrated workshops for consistency and pace.
  • Select specialist partners: For items best made by niche experts (e.g., softs, metalwork, specialist upholstery), we use a small, vetted partner network — no open marketplaces, no anonymous factories. We remain the single point of responsibility: one contract, one warranty, one programme.

What We Deliver

  • Workplace: desks, workstations, meeting tables, reception furniture, storage and lockers.
  • Hospitality & Hotels: banquette/booth seating, dining tables, loose chairs, headboards, bedside lockers, wardrobes, minibar/vanity units.
  • Soft Furnishings & Windows: made-to-measure curtains (sheer/blackout), voiles, blinds, cushions, throws, bed runners.
  • Finishes & Extras: contract fabrics/leathers, stone/solid-surface tops, metal details, integrated lighting/power/USB.

Quality & Compliance

  • CAD/shop drawings, sample boards, and full-size mock-ups where needed.
  • Factory QA, room-by-room labelling, protection and sign-off.
  • FR compliance (Crib 5 / BS 5852), FSC/PEFC timber, low-VOC finishes, traceable certificates for O&M / Golden Thread.
